Ramsey graphs R(3,10): one graph from an answer

Find a graph with no triangle and no independent set of 10 vertices, on as many vertices as possible. The best known has 39 vertices. One valid graph on 40 vertices would prove R(3,10) = 41.

R(3,10) is one of the two smallest Ramsey numbers nobody knows. Since 2024 it's known to be 40 or 41, so a single 40-vertex graph would settle it; the best graph found so far has stood since 1989.
